Am Sonntag ging es für die Schweizerinnen schon früh ins Bad.
Mit Israel stand uns eine starke und eingespielte Mannschaft gegenüber. Diese wurde ihrem Ruf als Turnierfavoriten gerecht und überrumpelte uns in der ersten Minuten mit drei schnellen Centertoren.
Mit viel Kampfgeist in und letzten taktischen Inputs wurde ein Endresultat von 11:3 erspielt.
Mit den Sieg gegen Malta am Tag zuvor wurde das Ziel in die nächste Runde zu kommen erreicht. Das Schweizer Damen Nationalteam konnte durch seinen souveränen Auftritt so manche Gegner überraschen. Wir freuen uns auf das kommende Spiel gegen Frankreich.
