Nach dem erfolgreichen Auswärtsdebüt vor anderthalb Wochen in Hannover möchte das Bundesligateam des SVV Plauen am kommenden Samstag an diese Leistung im letzten Heimspiel die Jahres 2015 anknüpfen.
Die Neubauer Jungs erwarten die Mannschaft des SV Bayer Uerdingen 08, die vergangene Saison mit Platz 4 in der A-Gruppe abschließen konnte und sich gegenwärtig einen Tabellenplatz hinter dem SVV befindet.
Trainer Jörg Neubauer: „Mit der Mannschaft haben wir in den vergangenen Tagen hart gearbeitet und uns intensiv auf das bevorstehende Spiel gegen Uerdingen vorbereitet. In Hannover hätten wir deutlicher gewinnen können, wenn vor allem die Überzahlangriffe besser genutzt worden wären, das war einer der Ansatzpunkte in unserer Arbeit.“
Der SVV Plauen tritt am Samstag mit einem vollständigen Kader an und möchte die Plauener Fangemeinde wieder einmal verzaubern.
Nach vier Spielen stehen vier Punkte auf dem Plauener Konto und am Samstag sollen noch zwei weitere hinzukommen, Anpfiff ist 16:00 Uhr.
Das Bundesligaspiel ist der sportliche Höhepunkt eines anspruchsvollen Wochenendes im Plauener Stadtbad. Die U11 Nachwuchswasserballer spielen zu Hause um die Ostdeutsche Meisterschaft und das U17-Bundesligateam startet am Samstagabend, Viertel nach Acht in die neue Saison.
