FINA ANNOUNCEMENT: FINA Women’s Water Polo Olympic Games

Qualification Tournament

Due to the worldwide disruption caused by the coronavirus outbreak, the FINA Executive, after consulting with the FINA Technical Water Polo Committee, decided to postpone the FINA Women’s Water Polo Olympic Games Qualification Tournament, initially scheduled in Trieste (ITA), from March 8-15, 2020.

The new dates of the tournament are May 17-24, 2020. One month before, on April 20, it will be decided if the competition can still be held in Trieste (ITA), or if another Organiser is staging the event.
