SVK empfängt den DSV 98
Am kommenden Wochenende steht für die SVK 72 eines der wichtigsten Spiele der aktuellen Saison auf dem Programm. Die Krefelder empfangen am Samstag den direkten Konkurrenten DSV 98. Krefeld will unbedingt einen Sieg und erwartet eine enge Partie.
Das Team von der anderen Rheinseite belegt mit ebenfalls 4 Punkten den 4. Tabellenplatz, hat jedoch ein Spiel weniger auf dem Konto. Duisburg verfügt über einen breiten Kader mit vielen jungen und talentierten, aber auch älteren erfahrenen Spielern.
Die letzte Niederlage im Pokal gegen Plauen ist vergessen und die Mannschaft um Gabor Bujka und Werner Stratkemper ist hoch motiviert. Krefeld war in den letzten Partien stark ersatzgeschwächt und hofft darauf, dass wieder der gesamte Kader zur Verfügung steht.
Die Zeichen stehen gut, denn zu Beginn der Woche konnten Lukas Stöffges, Yannik Zilken und Leonhard Munz wieder ins Training einsteigen. Nun arbeiten das Trainergespann sowie Physiotherapeuten daran, dass alle wieder fit werden.
Trainer Gabor Bujka sieht das Spiel als wegweisend an: „Das Spiel am Samstag ist enorm wichtig. Wenn wir gewinnen, können wir uns oben in der Tabelle festsetzen. Duisburg verfügt über eine homogene Truppe mit vielen talentierten und erfahrenen Spielern. Sie spielen sehr körperbetont und es wird nicht einfach. 98 hat durch den Trainerwechsel zuletzt neue Motivation geschöpft. Wir müssen von Beginn an konzentriert ins Spiel gehen und es genauso zu Ende spielen. Wir müssen in der Verteidigung abgeklärt und vorne vor dem Tor kaltschnäuzig sein. Ich erwarte von meiner Mannschaft, dass jeder für den anderen kämpft und sich immer weiter motiviert. Nur so können wir das Spiel gewinnen.“
Anpfiff ist am Samstag um 18 Uhr im Badezentrum Bockum. Das Team freut sich über zahlreiche Unterstützung
